Making Of Bread – From Tradition To Modern Times
One of the oldest feature of our property is the bread stove, one of the biggest of its kind in the village. It can bake 12 loafs of bread, 3 kg each. You will take part in making the traditional bread exactly the way that is done for hundreds of years in this part. Some of the breads are covered before baking in cabbage leaves, taking the shape and the taste of the leaves.
